The Capital Hip Hop Soul Fest (CHHSF) is an annual summer festival that takes place in Marvin Gaye Park in Washington, DC. The festival, held in the DC community that was home to the legendary soul singer Marvin Gaye, is a FREE event that highlights talent from the Nation's Capital and provides a venue for community organizations and small business owners to connect.
